2007 Junior Golf Clinic
Our junior clinic introduces kids to the game of golf and helps them to build a base of fundamentals so they can enjoy the game of golf for the rest of their life.

The Junior Golf Clinics are led by PGA Professional Cary Ziegler, recipient of the 1997, 1998, 1999 Junior Golf Leader Award by the Gateway PGA. This award is given for outstanding contributions in promotion and development of junior golf and for reflecting the ideals of those who work with youth. This award is given to only 41 PGA Professionals throughout the country every year.

Clinic Dates

June 4th - June 8th 8-10am or 1-3pm

June 11th - June 15th 8-10am or 1-3pm

During the week long clinic juniors will cover the following

Etiquette and the rules of golf - consideration for others, pace of play, care of the course, golf terms and definitions

We will help Juniors learn

The Basics - grip, stance posture, alignment, in swing balance and rhythm

The Golf Swing - approach shots, short irons, long irons and woods

Around the Green - pitching and chipping, bunker play, wedges

Putting - reading greens, rolling the ball, set up, grip and putting styles

Playing - trouble shots, game management, uphill-sidehill and downhill lies

Cost $70 per Junior

2007 Junior Golf Camps
An 8 week program for Juniors who continue to develop into an intermediate level of play, daily events will includ:
- 1/2 hour Golf Clinic
- Skills Challenge
- Lunch
- 9 Holes of Golf

Dates: 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15

- 8/8 All the Clubs in the Bag
- 8/15 Beat the Golf Professional

Cost $15.00 per day or $75.00 for all 8 weeks Per Junior
